4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to immediately notify oribet of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security. oribet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your login information.

We strongly recommend that You use a strong, unique password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share Your password with any third party, and do not use the same password across multiple online services.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and commitment to preventing fraud and underage gambling, all Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before being eligible to withdraw funds. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in Your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account not in Your name) will be rejected and returned. 6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 1,000 wagered = Rp 1,000 toward requirement)

• Sports Betting (odds ≥ 1.75): 100% contribution

6.4 Bonus Validity Period

6.6 Bonus Abuse

oribet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusive betting with other Players, irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, and exploiting software errors or game malfunctions. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings voided, Accounts closed, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by oribet. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in Your Account transaction history, it is considered accepted and final.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours; otherwise, all bets are voided and stakes returned.

For pre-match betting, odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed. For live in-play betting, odds change dynamically based on match events. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the current odds before placing a bet.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) operate according to their respective game rules as published by the game provider. 7.4 Disconnections

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by oribet

oribet reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account immediately and without prior notice if We reasonably believe You have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: provision of false information during registration or KYC, underage gambling, multiple Accounts, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, chargebacks, or any activity described in Section 8 (Prohibited Activities).

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to Your registered payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If You wish to use oribet Services again, You must create a new Account (subject to our single-Account policy and KYC verification).

10.3 Self-Exclusion
